FAQ's

Shipping & Freshness

We take freshness seriously. That's why we roast and ship your coffee on the same day. When your package arrives at your doorstep, you can rest assured that you're receiving coffee at its peak freshness. Enjoy the full-bodied flavors and rich aroma that only freshly roasted coffee can deliver!

What Does "Sustainably Grown" Mean?

"Sustainably Grown" isn't just a catchphrase for us; it's a commitment. When we label our coffee as sustainably grown, it means the beans are sourced from farms that prioritize the long-term health of both their community and the environment. These farms employ farming practices that are eco-friendly, conserve water, and ensure ethical treatment of workers. So when you enjoy a cup of our coffee, you're not just treating yourself to great flavor—you're also being a responsible steward of the Earth.

How does Olde Blackwater Coffee give back?

For each lb of coffee sold, the planting of 1 tree through the 'Trees for Education Program' is funded. Formed by the collaborative efforts of UNASDG, Imani's Board and Embu official, after year 1, the tree is included in the program that leverages the International Carbon Market through the UNASDG. This funds children's education in Kenya and to date TCR has funded the planting of over 6250 trees.

Lastly, and most special to the RiverTowne Bullie family, is our commitment to donate 10% of our profits to  bestfriends.org in support of our pals at the Horry County animal Care Center.
